Before creating arts programming for the Seattle Channel, Nancy spent 10 years as a writer/performer/producer on KING TV's late night comedy show, Almost Live!. Nancy enjoys morning coffee, daily walks, dinner with friends, hang time with husband Joe, and hitting the local art scene as much as she possibly can.

Art Zone floats across the pond to the tranquil Bloedel Reserve public garden on Bainbridge Island, where we chat with "dances-with-plants" horticulture guy Andy Navage and get a summer preview of happenings at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. We profile Northwest jazz legend Overton Berry and mix in an edge-of-the-cliff performance from Ethan J. Perry and the Remedy Band. Show extras include duo comedy improv performances, a summer road-trip calendar and lots of fresh air!
