Presented by Kultura Arts in celebration of Filipino-American History Month, Orchestra Seattle/Seattle Chamber Singers performs Victor Noriega's jazz symphony "Generations, Directions" at the Filipino Community Center of Seattle. The program also features a documentary on the painter/muralist Val Laigo, "The Life and Art of Val Laigo".
