POLL: Do you support Seattle's efforts to help the homeless?

The Seattle-area's recent One Night Count found the region's homeless population has increased 19 percent since last January. City leaders are carrying out several creative solutions to address the growing crisis, including sanctioned tent cities and RV safe lots with service providers. Is the city's $50 million annual investment making a difference? And why are some neighborhoods and the ACLU critical of the city's approach? How can Seattle help those in need while enforcing public safety?
