City Inside/Out: Death Penalty Delays
3/7/20140

Last month, Gov. Jay Inslee declared a moratorium on Washington`s death penalty. His decision to delay executions while he is in office has drawn a mixed reaction: cheers from death penalty opponents, anger from victims` families and frustration from county prosecutors. We hear from both sides, including Pamela Mantle, whose daughter and grandchildren were among those killed in a 2007 massacre. Joining us in studio are Alison Holcomb, criminal justice director of the ACLU of Washington, and Kitsap County Prosecutor Russell Hauge.
