March program
Approaching 100 days on the job, Mayor Ed Murray joins host Brian Callanan for his first appearance on Ask the Mayor and the first episode of the show to feature a live audience. The program opens with a Q&A covering a range of city issues including rideshare caps, the creation of a parks district, neighborhood crime, universal preschool and more.

The second half of the show focuses on raising the minimum wage. The co-chairs of the mayor`s Income Inequality Advisory Committee -- Howard Wright, Seattle Hospitality Group CEO, and David Rolf, president of SEIU Healthcare 775NW -- join in the conversation.

About the show
Ask the Mayor is back with a new mayor and a new format. Seattle Channel is hanging up the phone on the longtime, live, call-in show and changing the show's format to feature a live audience and quarterly broadcast from locations across the city. The show now features a topic of focus during the second half of the hour-long program with special guests joining the mayor in conversation.
